As described in the conversion brochure available via the above link, HomeCU will be known as FlexTeller beginning March 2nd. If you currently use HomeCU or our mobile banking apps, and you did NOT access HomeCU via PC prior to Feb. 28, you must call us at 615-382-8255 after 8:30 a.m., Monday, March 2 for instructions regarding passwords. Only the PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDER may obtain this information.
You CAN access our ATMs and use your debit and credit cards during the down time. Please plan ahead-- make sure you have some cash on hand and don't plan to make large purchases with your cards during this time. Also, balance inquiries will not be available.
We apologize for any inconvenience; however, it is necessary in order to convert to our new, more FLEXible system. The time involved is only from close of business (5:00 p.m.) on Friday, February 27th, Saturday, February 28th, Sunday, March 1st and just before opening time on Monday, March 2nd. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ELITE ACCOUNT HOLDERS
If you currently have an Elite account with us, your monthly withdrawal limitation is now six withdrawals of any type. Previously, you were limited to six withdrawals, but you were only allowed three of the same type per month. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please call us at 615-382-8255.

Check By Phone or Online - The Quick & Easy Way to Make Your Loan Payment
Many of our members, particularly those living outside the immediate Springfield area, have asked about submitting a check by phone or online for loan payments. We listened, and are proud to announce that your Credit Union can accept these forms of payment.
- By phone - Beginning February 1, 2014, a nominal fee of $5 will be charged for checks taken via phone, and members will receive written confirmation of their payment authorization via mail. Payments can be made as one-time transactions, or set up as a recurring option for your convenience. Phone 615.382.8255 for assistance.
- Online - Use our convenient online submission option for those times when our offices are closed or you simply like doing things yourself. The service fee is only $1, and your click serves as your authorization (nothing will be mailed).
Either way, you know your payment will arrive the same day you submit it, saving postage, fuel for your vehicle, or even a late fee if your due date has "snuck up" on you. Call or click today!
REMOTE AUTOMATED TELLER SERVICE (RATS LINE) - Get Account Information Fast, 24/7!
Did you know that you can call to get an account balance, transfer money between your accounts, request a check to be mailed from your account and more, and you don't have to wait to speak to a teller! Our Remote Automated Teller Service (RATS line) is available 24/7, 365. Call 615-382-2948 to get answers fast! You will need your member number and your personal identification number and you're IN! Login to your account using Home CU located conveniently on our homepage and press the transfer key on the left menu options. All you need then is to choose the account you wish to transfer the payment from, the amount you wish to pay and choose the loan! It’s so quick and easy!
