Text-to-Pay SMS Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 11/01/2026
Program Description and Consent
By opting in to TCURC Texting, you agree to receive recurring text messages concerning your loan payments, including payment reminders, payment links, confirmations, and related account notifications. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and payment schedule.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to opt out of this service. You may receive one final text confirming your request. Opting out of text messages does not, by itself, cancel a payment you previously authorized.
If you want to opt back in to text messaging, text or reply START from your device. Per wireless carrier rules, you cannot opt back in to text messaging on our website.
Help and Support
You can text HELP from your device for details about our texting service. To cancel or change a payment or if you experience any difficulties with the service you can call us at (615) 382-8255 or by contacting us from our website Contact Us page.
Enrollment Consent
You must be the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and must be authorized to consent to messages at that number. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Notify us promptly if your number changes or you are no longer authorized to use it.
Delivery and Availability
Text messaging may not be available through all carriers or devices. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by your carrier, device, network availability, or other circumstances outside our control. If a message is delayed or not delivered, you remain responsible for making your payment. Before authorizing a payment, you will receive information about the payment amount, scheduled date, and any applicable fee. The Credit Union for Robertson County may suspend or end this program where operational, legal, or carrier requirements make that necessary.
Privacy and Security
Please review our Texting and Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Text messages are not encrypted. Do not text Social Security numbers, full account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information. If you receive a suspicious message, contact us directly using a trusted telephone number.
