Collections & Credit Card Specialist - Provides administrative support to the VP Director of Asset Protection and Recovery. Responsible for the control of late and/or delinquent loan accounts and pending late payment reminders as well as the Visa Credit Card program for TCURC. Makes follow up telephone calls on delinquent loan accounts and Visa Credit Cards and maintains accurate records on the applicable accounts. Processes cards, maintenance cards, processes payments, etc. on Visa Credit Cards. Optimizes collections on accounts while balancing the goodwill of members with the overall business interests of the credit union. May also serve as Back-Up Courtesy Pay Specialist when needed. Must have high school diploma or equivalent; two or more years of collections or credit counseling experience required; and a minimum of 3 years previous accounting, ATM, card services, and/or Credit Union experience. This is a full-time position and the successful candidate will be friendly, dependable and detail oriented. Must have the ability to pass a background check including meeting credit standards.
MSR I - Float - The Member Service Representative (MSR) I - Float serves as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Provides account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services. Professionally handles the members’ daily needs by providing a variety of transactional services to members such as cashing checks, making deposits, loan payments, etc. The MSR I - Float supports all branches as scheduled in Robertson County (2 branches in Springfield, 1 branch in Pleasant View and 1 branch in White House). The MSR I - does not go to all branches each day but goes to an individual branch as scheduled based on covering for leaves, vacation, etc. This is a full-time position and the successful candidate will be friendly, dependable and detail oriented. Must have a high school diploma/ GED, ability to pass a background check including meeting credit standards and have reliable transportation.
