MSR I – Pleasant View

The Member Service Representative (MSR) I serves as a liaison between the member and the credit union at Pleasant View branch located at 260 Ren Mar Drive, Pleasant View, TN 37146. The MSR I provides account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services.  Professionally handles the members’ daily needs by providing a variety of transactional services such as cashing checks, making deposits, loan payments, etc.  This is a full-time position and the successful candidate will be friendly, dependable and detail oriented.  Must have a high school diploma/ GED, ability to pass a background check including meeting credit standards and have reliable transportation.
