Member Service Representative - Float Position

Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Provide account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services. Professionally handle the members’ daily financial needs and perform a variety of transactional services for the members. This is a full-time position that works at our Robertson County locations – 2 in Springfield, Pleasant View and White House to provide coverage during peak times, vacations, leaves, appointments, etc. so the credit union can continue to maintain outstanding member service.

Marketing Assistant

Marketing Assistant responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies alongside of the marketing team. Conducts research, updates information, composes marketing messages for publication and posting on social media. Participates in marketing events representing TCURC in the community. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing Department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
