Below you will find a list and description of fees and charges that may be incurred on accounts.
New Member Fee: $5.00 – upon joining
Account Closure: $20.00 – if within 30 days of opening
IRA, Coverdell, or HSA Account Closure: $15.00 – if within 1 year of opening
Re-Open Membership: $10.00 – if reopened within one year of closure
Withdrawal Fees:
Regular Savings: $5.00 each withdrawal over six per month
Christmas Club: $10.00 each withdrawal over one per calendar year
Vacation Club: $10.00 each over one per calendar year
Loan Processing Fees:
Loan Application Fee: $35.00
Loan Skip-A-Payment: $35.00
Temporary Lien Fee: $10.00 for all collateral titled in Tennessee
UCC1 filing fees: cost to member
Real Estate Loan Fees:
Mortgage Loan Application Fee: $400.00 (residential fixed dwelling)
Appraisal Fee: Credit union cost
Attorney Fees: Credit union cost
State Recording Fee: Applied using state calculation
Flood Zone: Credit union cost
Loan Late Fees:
Consumer Loan Late Fee: 5% of payment amount if payment is over 10 days late; minimum $5.00 – maximum $30.00
Real Estate Loan Late Fee: 5% of payment amount if payment is over 10 days late; minimum $5.00 – maximum $75.00
Blue Ribbon Checking Fee:
Monthly Fee: $0.00 – If balance drops below minimum $50.00 balance requirement, monthly fee is $4.00
Carefree Checking Fee:
Monthly Fee: $0.00 – No minimum balance, e-Statement enrollment required. Minimum opening deposit required is $50.00
Choice Checking Fee:
Monthly Fee: $0.00 – If balance drops below minimum $100.00 balance requirement, monthly fee is $10.00
Elite High-Yield Checking Fee:
Monthly Fee: $15.00 – If balance drops below minimum $25,000.00 balance requirement
Excess Withdrawal Fee: $25.00 – per withdrawal over six per month
Free elite checks, stop payments, check copies, cashier’s checks, and money orders
Comfort Checking:
Existing accounts are still serviced; however, this account is no longer offered.
Monthly Fee: $6.00 – If balance drops below $50.00 minimum balance requirement, monthly fee is $10.00

Interim Statement: $1.00 per copy if you request information on drafts/checks or deposits between statement dates
Additional or Replacement ATM/Debit Card: $8.00

Foreign ATM Fee: $3.00 per transaction
Counter Checks: First four free; $2.00 each additional sheet of four (four free with new account provided deposit is made and check order placed at time of account opening; thereafter, one sheet of four free with check order)
Dormant Account Fee: $5.00 – charged after 12 consecutive months with no activity; charged annually until no funds remain
